"Awful experience! Took my Galaxy s10 plus with a broken screen to Nate on a Saturday. He said I could pick it up the following Thursday or Saturday December 7th the latest. He said he ordered the screen the same day i was in the store ....the same day i dropped it off. Phone was there 2 WEEKS and was NEVER repaired. Gave me a run around about fed ex not shipping the parts but in another breath he said the parts shipped the same day?? LoL! He quoted me $439 to fix my phone. I suggest checking around before taking anything to EZ repair!!"
