"Usherwood has been a treat to work with since the initial conversation - Tim Reid (A Legendary "Senior Solutions Architect" - whatever that means) was absolutely a treat to work with. Tim put in a tremendous amount of effort & went well above and beyond what is typical. Tim had Conor get "Odyssey Tracker" - FMAudit - configured to get us a clear picture of our environment PRIOR to any actual sales discussions were had .. they wanted to provide a proper sized solution & one that met our actual need (we significantly reduced our total copier count with their guidance). Steve Wierbinski (Pre-Sales Engineer) provided a ton of information various offerings for print management software. He continues to provide assistance post-sales & on an on-going basis beyond just the Print Management piece. A truly phenomenal resource & someone with a ton of depth. This is to say that Usherwood provides a tremendous amount of depth - all individuals prior to us even spending a penny gave us a ton of their time & never once pressured us to move in any one specific direction. They always had a solution or offering, or were more than willing to work with us on our specific needs/wants if they didn't align. Needless to say - we moved forward with their service.. The truck driver, Zach was great & the roll out of the copiers was painless. The post-live support has been great thus far & Jody has been easy to work with & made sure we were taking care of on the supply side."
