"We ordered a significant amount of stone for a fire pit and foundation to add stone veneer. We were informed we would get a call 24 hours prior to delivery. Unfortunately, no call and the delivery was made while we were away. Add insult to injury, the prior day we received 4" of rain saturating our lawns. Add more salt to the wound, we had just laid down new sod in our back yard. Needless to say, the driver delivered the stone to our backyard near our fire pit location. While thinking he was doing us a favor, he tore up our newly sodded lawn as the pics show. I called the salesman and he quickly showed up and committed to repairing once it was dry enough to get a fork truck on - remember the foundation and stone veneer - well that was delivered to our fire pit too. Not exactly where we wanted it. After a week or so, I called several times to get process started. Finally I got a manager who agreed to send a couple of guys with a fork truck to move the stone veneer and repair the yard. He would not replace the sod as the salesman had agreed and would only add top soil and grass seed. Two guys showed up and they must have been their against their will. They were not friendly, repaired the most visible damage with soil and seed and left without ever asking if repair was to our satisfaction. My wife worked the lawn with a rake for several days, trying to get the grass to recover and in the end the grass looks nice. The damage from the fork truck leaving wide ruts, compacted sod and tire tread marks still exist. For a landscape company I was shocked at the lack of skill or knowledge to fix a lawn. I would not recommend for any lawn / yard work. As for the repair that was done, you can see in photo that the lawn looks great. However, that is from a distance. Also, I mow the lawn at 4" height and this hides all the blemishes, tread marks and ruts. If you walk on the lawn, you instantly know the ground is not level, has tread marks, etc."
