"I called Ray Case floors for an estimate as I lived two miles from their location. The estimator showed up on time but he was not personable and showed little interest in my request. I had a water damaged section of my floor in the back corner of my dining room measuring about 3' by 4'. The entire living/dining room had been professionally refinished 3 years ago and still looked new. The estimator said they would need to refinish the entire area again. I'm old but I'm not that GULLIBLE ! I would never entertain calling them for anything if only based on overall attitude !"
