"We’ve hire them again to do outside staining. As expected, they did an outstanding job of fully caulking and solid staining. The team is highly professional, extremely efficient and very courteous. They started and finished without us at the house except one brief overlapped afternoon. They know what needed to be done and completed the project without our oversight. We will be hiring them again to fix the previous contractor’s roof mistakes. We had an awful contractor who left us with messy drywall and trims. Robin and his team corrected the previous contractor mistakes including retaping drywalls before completing painting. They are exceptionally professional, hard working, on-time, cleaned up after, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!"

"Washer and toilet was "installed". Washer had neither trap nor correct pipe. Toilet/ sewer leaked into basement ( had to hire professional plumber for $770) to re-do entire plumbing. Luxury Vinyl flooring: installation sub-par. Had to be re-done 2x after initial installation due to visable gaps between planks and non-compliance to manufacturer's 1/4 inch spacing. Subflooring: nails were still sticking out during flooring process ( had to point out EVERY nail!). Demolition: done AFTER expensive ( $4.99) vinyl floor was unprofessionally installed, no sheeting over doors, no covering of heater, no floor protection. Nails and debris on new floor were left and walked on. Drywall: cut 1inch too short, than just plastered with drywall " mud". Holes in wall " fixed without patches. More holes created by contractor by ripping out floormolding with crow-bar( never fixed). Patching little nailholes with caulking !! Windows/ doors install: no insulation, unlevel installation, wrong size screens. Electric: heater disconnected- never re-connected and wrong thermostat used. Many wires hanging lose- uncapped. Went from 5 functioning heaters to ONE! Debris: left on roadside for a week including food-leftover from workers. Professionals/ employees: no electrician, no plumber, no painter. Some employees paid " under table", one hung-over daily and smoking pot ON MY PREMISE! " painter" refused to tape and use tarps to protect my property. " Carpenter sub-par. Trim cut too short, too long, uneven. "Carpenter" installed trim on doors/ windows indifferent widths. Owner: rude and disrespectful discourse with owner. Always blaming " older" house for uneven installation. Yelling/ degrading employees in front of owner repeatedly. Cig butts and food garbage left outside...rodents got into...no clean up for 2 days. Painting: poorly done. Videos and pictures available."
