"I will always recommend Black’s Hardware because they know the value of customers, I had gotten a sidewinder key cut for my Buick a few weeks ago because they have the best price in town, I noticed the fob got scratched and when I confronted the clerk I wasn’t pleased with the response so I decided never to to patronize them again. But to my surprise, I decided after checking around they were still the best option, I went back. I sat in the parking lot contemplating if I really wanted to, I went in and made my re request for another fob the manager remembered me, he spoke the person servicing me and he made my key, perfect, when I got ready to pay the small price of $25, he refused to take my money because they believe in taking care of customers and correcting any mistakes, thanks again Black’s Fitzroy"
