Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"We all know Sherwin Williams has the best paint. This store is very organized and easy to shop, staff is super friendly, paint was amazing as usual but I can only give it 4 stars. I asked for a quote on 2 gallons of super paint, 2 gallons of primer, and a gallon of ceiling paint. Got my quote and said let's do it. After being rang up my bill was substantially higher than my quote. I had extra items but added them in my head to my quote. So I asked and got told I think I forgot a can of paint on the quote.Ok so they rang me up again and came up with a different amount again. So quote and rang up twice for 3 different amounts. Kind of frustrating."

"When I went to the store to make my purchase I made sure to ask the price of the paint that I was purchasing, the young woman helping me decided to upgrade our paint to the more expensive paint without asking if I wanted to pay for the more expensive paint, even though I was standing in the store the entire time. She said you were out of the paint that I wanted, which is not my fault. She then said she was going to discount the paint 40%. Really I had the 40% off coupon. She should have given me the paint at the cost of the paint that I wanted plus the 40% coupon that I had in my email that was valid."

"Not quite sure what they could have done worse. Walked into the store, with one other customer. The cashier was working on trying to change a price , made some phone calls, looked confused at her computer . She didn't acknowledge me that I was waiting in line. 20 minutes later I am still in line with now a slew of people behind me. Maybe they can have more than one person working ?? All I wanted was one paint sample.. that is it . This is why people shop online."
