The water towers at Cobbs Hill are now accessible (as long as they are dry, sometimes you can't if it rained recently) If you happen to come on a day where the inside is dry, you can easily lose track of time just experimenting with the crazy echoes that go on from within the tower. The graffiti is also something to appreciate, some of it is pure gold!!"
