"On August 28th I scheduled on-line with Cleanmaster Pro to have my carpets cleaned on September 19th. I asked for someone to contact me because I had questions. On September 6th I sent another message, because when you call the phone number all you can do is leave a message. Again, I got no response. On September 8th I sent another message saying I am cancelling with them because I get no response from them and I don't believe they are actually going to come. Now September 19th is much closer, and I'm having trouble finding someone who can come do it on that date. I wish I'd read other reviews before scheduling with them because I'm having the same experience - you schedule on-line, and then they never come. I can NOT recommend Cleanmaster Pro."

"They were difficult to reach, and I couldn’t see any difference in the carpet when the job was finished. The man who was the technician wasn’t friendly, and said the vacuuming job WE did was a “D+”. I contacted the company a few times to ask about a customer satisfaction survey, and finally received a snarky response. Lastly, it was way too expensive, although I was told my coupon was used and included in the final price. Never again with this company. From the beginning until the end, it was a customer’s nightmare."

"Just had a really terribile experiance with this company. Booked on-line and got a canned email and text right away. Called phone number to confirm and never got a call back. Day of appointment got a reminder text and email, but they never showed up. Called several times and sent text messages with no response at all. I took time off from work and couldn't even get a call back from them. Do not use this company!"
