"Two beautiful faux fur hood trims ruined, and one coat came out patterned with mysterious dots that I can't even begin to imagine the cause of (see pics). Took them back, was told someone failed to remove the hood trims and they would try to fix them. Picked up again, they looked the same. Spoke to owner who was cavalier without explanation of what happened or acknowledgment of ruined garment condition. He did offer to pay for new coats but these coats are no longer sold. Not the first time I have had these cleaned, obviously something went very wrong but Leary's either had no idea or didn't care. Too bad, I have been coming here for years."

"Got to the store at 5 pm. They must lock their door at precisely 4:59 pm. The girl at the register would not let me in but to make matters even worse, she was actually laughing at me. She actually looked as though she totally enjoyed her power in not letting me in. Great customer service."
"Lost a new dress shirt(we did get a check for), ruined a men’s wool suit like they had it washed instead of dry cleaned and she said that “maybe too much conditioner was used” with no apology and she stands by their process. The results of ‘their process” told a different story-RUINED. The owner did ask what we’d want but what do I say to that? Uh, I’d like the suit to be fixed which they couldn’t and so the replacement value I didn’t say as Brooks brothers suits are expensive. We’ve found a highly professional cleaners-Eagle cleaners with absolutely NO issues. They’re THE BEST!! DO NOT drop any garments off to Leary’s PERIOD."
