I have been trying to get in contact with their general counsel as I am going to be starting legal proceedings against them. They won't give out any phone numbers to reach any corporate offices. I am going to report them to the better business bureau as well. Stay away from this company."

"A month after I bought a pair of sunglasses from the Real Real they got wet by the rain and got completely destroyed, the film on the lenses started to disintegrate. I reach out to them and they basically told me: there is nothing we can do for you. How would I know that the sunglasses could not get wet? There was nothing in the item description about that. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. I feel like I can’t trust the quality of the products that they sell anymore."
