"The quality of the work is satisfactory. The owners are less that helpful and what I would rate as borderline arrogant . Been there twice and so I have them a second chance and found the same thing. I am not an expert as dry cleaning so when asking a question I don't need to be spoken down to. I would not go back , although the dry cleaning came out okay both times. Used a coupon one time and it appeared they were not too happy with the reduction that they had to take. They might be better off in a field in which they don't need to deal with the public. The customer in front of me was getting hassled too for what appeared to be no good reason."
