"I was a little nervous at first when I saw all the bad reviews, but I bought a dishwasher from Best Buy and this was the install company that was sent over. Benny and Tonny were quick efficient, careful and were friendly. The dishwasher had a small indentation on the side and thanks to them they suggested I call Best Buy to get a $150 gift card as an accommodation."

"I have had two experiences with Mr SOS and both have been excellent, they are professional and friendly technicians. In the first one they helped me install my new appliances, they arrived on time and gave me a brief explanation of how to use them, after a few months I called them to do some smart installations in my home and everything was perfect. "If I could give this company ZERO stars, I totally would. Through a BestBuy purchase, I had this misfortune of having technicians from this company be assigned to provide home appliance installation services for my home - in particular the installation of a new refrigerator and the swap/installation of a new gas range. With respect to the installation of my gas range, they did a tremendously poor job handling the delivery. First of all, the technicians unpackaged/unwrapped my gas range to the bare bone in the middle of the street while it was raining prior to bringing it into my building for delivery. Obviously this caused great concern for me as they were installing it in my apartment due to the numerous electrical and fire hazards that this could pose. When questioning this to the technician, he was rude and dismissive. The technician did not level my gas range properly either. The gas range ended up positioned too high compared to my countertop. As a result, I have sought the need to schedule a second visit to address this problem. When they hauled away the old gas range, they did it in such a rushed fashion that they ended up banging up my walls causing dents and scratches. They even managed to chip off a piece of my granite counter and also dented my dining table! As a result, I had to file a damage claim to be compensated for damages caused by their negligence. Regarding COVID-19 protocols, the technicians did not follow the proper safety protocols. Both technicians frequently kept on taking their masks off throughout the installation despite me instructing them to keep their masks on. The refrigerator installation was just as bad. Technicians once again did a very rushed job the first time around, leaving my refrigerator completely unleveled and with the refrigerator doors lopsided, requiring me to schedule a reinstallation. The second appointment was even worse. They left my refrigerator looking even WORSE than before. To the naked eye, it looked blatantly obvious that the refrigerator was not leveled. When attempting to provide recommendations on what needed to be done, they were dismissive and kept insisting that my floors were unleveled and had nothing to do with the refrigerator's height. After insisting that they were wrong, they went as far to call me a "tigere loco" (which is an insult in Spanish to call someone crazy). Unfortunately, I have to bring them in for a THIRD appointment to address the screw-ups from the previous two appointments which is incredibly frustrating. Needless to say that I am completely displeased with the service this company provides. I honestly do not know how they are even in business and why BestBuy would hire a bunch of lackeys to do what should be a very standard job. They are highly unprofessional and not skillfully competent in the appliances they are being requested to install and I will never recommend their services to anyone I know. If BestBuy gave me the choice, I would choose a different company to remedy the issues these technicians left me with."

"Purchased a Dishwasher from Best Buy online. I've had good experiences with them before. My install was sourced out to another service.I was a little nervous when I came online to see negative reviews for Mr. SOS Installs. The two gentlemen that came were nothing but professional. They called to say when they would arrive. They knew exactly what needed to be done. We needed a GFI outlet installed for the newer appliance. They were able to do that for a minimal charge. Took their time to level and adjust the appliance. Made sure it worked. Removed my old one and cleaned up the area. Very happy customer."
