"Went there 10-27-2022 to have them get me some siding from one of their other store here in NY. Called them 11-1-2022 and they have no record of my order and apparently the guy who took my order doesn’t even remember taking it yet I was there for 20 minutes while he color matches and searches the computer. Don’t give them your business their are plenty here in Utica that won’t eff up an order then play stupid , and whoever I talked to there was very very rude because they lost my order so it was my fault their employees can’t handle working and weed"

"The front of the building said they sell drywall, when I walked in and asked what size sheets they sold all they kept saying was “we don’t sell drywall here”. Fix your sign lol"

"I found that everything I get here is of better quality then what you might find at Lowe's or Home Depot. I have been building a garage and found that the little things are sometimes three to four times more expensive at the big box stores. So anything they sell here I would get here. They have all sorts of roofing and construction materials.The people are friendly and easy to work with as well, highly recommended."
