"Both Giovanni and Milo came to clean my carpet and my sofa today. They were clean, professional, and courteous. My main concern was a sofa cushion that was stained, and it had started to look worn out. Giovanni worked on my sofa and removed all the dirt (I was able to see the dirt, as it was suctioned out with water and a soap solution). After the final cleaning and brushing, the sofa did look back to new. Milo worked on my area rug. He concentrated on the area that was soiled from a spill. The entire rug was left smelling clean and brushed. Overall, the process did not take too much of my time and they were very efficient. They called ahead of time, on the way to my home, and that was very helpful too. As their products are green and eco-friendly, this was very important to me.
