"After a couple of months of not coming here to wash. I finally decided to visit and see what with all the construction work going on. And wow, what an incredible transformation now. Brand new washing machines, new lights, new ceiling fans. It's about time this place is getting upgrades."

"I used to come here long ago however right around the time they sold, the employee at the time started to get nasty which made me stop coming. I came once more after and still wasn’t happy and today I came back because the place I normally use was packed and I was told this place had gotten fixed up. Big mistake. Place is somewhat clean however one, as noted in other reviews, not all machines are working. Some have signs indicating such, others you’ll find out when trying to use, waste of time to take everything out and put in another machine if you can find one. The machines are old school, maybe I got spoiled but I like to see the time I have left in the machine, not to mention being able to place the detergent and fabric softener ahead of time in the corresponding slots. Not here. One of my machines the second soap wash didn’t come down. The other the fabric softener stayed in place, so I had to continuously monitor five machines which were scattered all around. Joy. Making sure to add more softener in due time. Unsatisfied. Should I mention no warm water. No soap to disinfect. Drying machines also not working great. I have cleaning wipes, table to fold was not so clean to be nice. Mind you it was cold inside! Might as well fold outside. Last but not least, again spoiled, but at the place I go to when you add twenty to your card you get a reward of $2, yeah not here. I won’t say never, but I surely don’t plan coming back. The only pro here is parking. Shame."

"They close midnight but when i got there 10:50 they said I couldn’t wash. I was wondering what they are going to do for oune hour and ten minutes until midnight. The accept only cash for filling their card... no good..."

"I have been washing my clothes here for over 22years. When the laundry mat was recently sold, they elected to revamp the covers of the machines to make them look new. The machines are always blocked off with a sign that says it’s “Out of Order. I have now come to wash clothing with the new management, I purchase my soap to wash and the machine does not take the soap to the clothing. When I am washing the clothes it’s pretty much water circulating. I tell the laundry assistant and she adds more soap. She notices that it does not do anything and walks away. Now this is extremely frustrating because, I pay to launder my clothes. It’s not cheap either as they raised their Prices also. This matter is not resolved and making it difficult to want to patron this business. It’s unfortunate because it was managed previously under a gentleman who took good care of it and never did I have these issues. Now the laundry mat is lacking in its performance and making it difficult to continue patron."

"Friendly staff. It does get very busy. Machines are clean and well maintained. I've done a drop off and was pleased with handling of my clothes. I have been there at opening time the attendant was very nice. I have been there at last wash and was not rushed out."
