"This is the third year in a row I have used Preferred Carpet Cleaning. They have done three bedrooms, a hallway, a staircase, and this year I added my couch to clean. I was prompted to write the review this year because of how absolutely sweet and nice the two young men who cleaned today were. They were super polite, did a great job in the rooms and couch, and were very neat. The owner, John, is a pleasure to speak with and will converse with you via phone or text. The price is very reasonable. I am super pleased with this company and plan to continue to use them yearly."
