"First time here and I thought Wow this is a nice place and the prices are reasonable. But when I got home I found clothes missing and I never returned. I never left the premises so they must've taken them when I went out front. That's insane ! Otherwise it's clean but you have to stand guard!"

"To the Crystal Laundromat place and the lady who is Chinese who accused me and humiliated me in front of everyone . Making me take my wallet to check even my pockets . To then laugh along with the other women who is there to say it was a mistake . They counted there money and said it was there fault . I told them check your cámaras because I will not be accused .There was no apology after I said you accused me and no apology after you humiliated me . I was beyond upset and a client for more than 5 years. The nerve to accuse me and to even make me take my wallet and have me pull out my pockets. I left crying and I WILL NEVER RETURN ! I will seek to speak to the owner because this was not right ."

"Over priced and didnt clean my parka stain in the neck area. I ended up going to Butler's cleaner in Long Island and they cleaned it so well (even took off the neck stain after 2 months) half the price ($20). Dont waste your time or money here lol"
