"I really like this place and the owner is very nice To be honest I’ve been coming here a few years and initially I was put off by a couple people who worked here. Didn’t seem friendly at first. I believe the owner is shy by nature and that can be taken the wrong way. I understand it’s not our job as consumers to wait it out but i try to give people the benefit of the doubt. They’ve been wonderful."

"Brought many of our clothing to this cleaners which was very conveniently located near our house. One of my linen dresses I brought in for spot removal. When I came to pick up the dress the color was completely stripped. Originally was a tan brown dress now it's light peach. Do not bring any linen or delicate stuff to this place. They did not take any responsibility and the lady her name is Brenda she said that she cannot do anything. I showed her a picture of the original dress she said it's not clear. Wouldn't try to understand or give me any credit she says they cannot give me credit. Then left another patagonia down puffy jacket and there was a large oil stain the size of a quarter. Told them I'd like this stain removed that was the only reason for me bringing this jacket in. Twice the stain was just the same. When I mentioned it again Brenda again said they tried their best and blamed my stain saying it's a really difficult stain. I explained to her I get that but no one initially told me that this was a tough stain and there might be a chance it wouldn't come out. They charged me $18 for the stain removal and wouldn't give me any credit. As a business owner I just don't understand how you cannot own up and issue atleast a credit! Will never come here again"

"I am a new customer to this business and had 3 blazers dry cleaned several weeks ago with no issues. Then I dropped off two pairs of pants to be cleaned and went to pick them up last Friday afternoon. 15 minutes of looking for them and no pants....I leave them my number ask them to call me to let me before they close to let me know what happened and no one called me back. I called them at 6:45 to follow up, no one picked up the phone. Then I called back on Saturday morning to follow up. The person who answered the phone could not give me any answers, did not even say sorry for the hassle or for having to repeatedly follow up, but rather asked me to call back Monday morning to speak to Sal the manager. I call back Monday morning from my cell number and no one picks up. I then called back 10 minutes later from a blocked number and guess what? Someone answered the phone- a miracle! Except, they said that the manager was not there, they could not find my pants and its possible they were sent home with another customer. I ask this employee to give my number to the manager to call me back. It is now Tuesday, no one has called me, and so I follow up again. Call from blocked number again so that my phone call will be answered, and.... no manager again. No resolution. As of now I am out $200 for my pants and to add insult to injury, no one is getting back to me and it seems to be a burden to even answer my calls when I call. My conclusion, I should have stuck to my old dry cleaners; at least they had some professional courtesy."

"Friendly working family, will offer discount on price if you pay before you clothes are ready. Always offers to go over any stains I think need more work, no questions. Has a talented tailor whose been with the shop for a long time."
