"No Call, No Show! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Scheduled an appointment for upholstry cleaning. Changed up weekend plans to be available during the window of time given for the service. After half an hour, I called to see when they would arrive only to be told that there was rain this morning.... too much rain to send someone out today. I asked why I didn't receive notice that the service was canceled; instead I had to call them. He just repeated the same thing... as if he had not heard the question or was simply too incompenet to respond to it. Unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF TIME."

"Chem dry of Manhattan is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. If you value your time, I would avoid this company. I scheduled a couch cleaning twice and they failed to show up both times. Manager said he would call me back and never did. Same thing happened last year (I think it took 3 scheduled tries before they actually came). I wanted to give them then a second shot because of Covid but at this point it just seems like they are unprofessional."
