"I have been using Rug Renovating for over 20 years. I have always found the delivery men to be prompt, professional and courteous. Working with Jo over the years has been a pleasure. However, I have noticed in recent years that needed repairs to my rugs have not been made. My Chinese rug’s edges, places where no one walks, look worn-almost frayed and the hems of my needlepoint rug have not been sewn. I send each rug out at 6 month intervals for cleaning, repairs and storage costing me about $1,200 a year. I had always been assured that all necessary repairs would be made and I am disappointed that this has not been the case."
