They pretreated everything and ran their new hoses up to the top level. At each turn in the stairs, they put protectors to keep the hoses from scratching the posts and corners. They used a steam solution to clean the carpets which did a terrific job. The entire job went quickly and the carpets look like new. We try to take good care of our carpets but our front door is on an alley and there's no way to avoid alley dirt and dust from coming in. Also, our carpet is industrial strength, but it's also a light color, so periodic professional cleaning is needed. These guys did a great job so we plan to use them again in 6 months. Also, the price was very competitive."
