"Staff were friendly ,I provided the staff with the measurements of my job. The staff at Barnes& cone came up with a list of materials and how much of each I need it. My contractor came completed the work and I am left with nine bags. Five bags of mortar for the stone veneer and four bags of mortar mix. When I called Barnes& Conedto see if I could return them, I was told they do not take returns on bag goods. Which is stated in print on their invoice. My problem is I would understand being one bag over but nine bags over that's a lot of money."

"I have a white brick house. The brick is an irregular size and shape, and the company(Miami Stone) went out of business. I called numerous masons and only one quoted me a price . They wanted $4000 just to make 20 bricks. That didn't include installation. Scott at B&C told me about a place that may help. I went there and was told they didn't have the time to manufacture any bricks, but made me a mold which cost $250. I returned to B&C to buy the materials needed. Scott and staff again helped me tremendously, even telling me the correct mixture. I just made my first brick and it came out awesome. My total cost to make 20 bricks will now be less than $500. Even though I am a first time customer I was treated like their best customer. I will recommend Barnes and Cone to all of my friends."
