"Very disappointed. I have used them for about 3 years. I only need every 4th week but they cancel, usually I call when I’m waiting and that’s when I find out they’re not coming. Last week they were supposed to come Wed (I make the appt 4 weeks in advance). She canceled and promised me they would come Friday. I waited until it was past time for them to come and called only to find out they weren’t coming. Never got back to me for a date this week. I give up. Way too unreliable!"
