"So good for dry cleaning needs. They take care great care of your clothes."
"I recently needed some extensive alterations done on my skirt suit. The older Korean lady made all my adjustments flawlessly. I was very impressed. I have since then given this cleaners all my regular business in addition to any future alterations. I recommend this place and appreciate their help so much."
"Took them a brand new comforter and asked to have the pet soil addressed. Sadly the comforter was returned with obvious issues. Instead of low heat, they used medium to high ( we know because the comforter tag was melted). They discolored the sheen that was a natural part of the fibers (chemicals). Also there was discoloration on the corner. He suggested that I made that. When businesses with low to no ethics redirect the blame back to customer, or try to hide behind a language barrier, we see that Court is in their future with us. We don’t make threats. We show receipts and this owner could have saved himself a day in court and replaced the less then $300 comforter. Instead he thought it was better to try and treat my wife like she was unaware of her rights. She records everything. Now we also know from reading the reviews never bring anything valuable or with buttons. Thanks for not being a business of integrity. What could have been addressed in one week, will now go before court and you will pay In many other ways. Time, reputation, and the money!!! My wife lives for businesses who try tp get off. You refunded for the bad service, $35. But NOT for your contributions to the damage that is there now. Shame shame shame. Follow this to see the outcome. Will post the court papers and pictures. Cause we have time!"
"I brought in a jacket to have a zipper replaced as well as dry cleaning and also brought him a sweater to have dry cleaned. The man took my items and handed me a receipt for Friday pick-up “they my items for a week”. Friday morning at 10:00am I go to pick my items, the employe said it’s still being cleaned. I said really it’s over here to my left on top of a pile of cloths and the zipper wasn’t fixed. The owner said can back by 2:00 pm I didn’t. Saturday morning I go pick up my items the zipper was replaced. I don’t believe the items were ever dry cleaned. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THISBPLACE."
"i recently entrusted economy cleaners to clean a wool coat of mine, and i was disappointed to find that they damaged three of the buttons. the buttons were in perfect condition before economy cleaned the coat. after being told by a counter employee "there's nothing we can do, these things happen" i asked to speak to the manager. the counter person also added something to the effect that "you had a better chance with me, i'm the nice one" ok. i explain the situation to the manager, who repeats what the counter person initially told me. i explain patiently that the buttons were not damaged until i brought them to her establishment, and asked did she cover the buttons before dry cleaning the coat. she again replied she could do nothing for me, she suggested they protect and cover "some buttons" (but not my buttons) and made the analogy when i (the customer) wash clothes and buttons get damaged "those things happen" and in that case i would be responsible for replacement. i replied that yes, i would be responsible because i washed it. i told her she is responsible in this case because SHE cleaned the coat and the damage to the buttons occurred in her care, not mine. i suggested a compromise. i will find and pay for a replacement set of like buttons, and the cleaners sew them on. she refused, and conceded to offer to just sew on the most damaged button after i found a replacement. (the coat has six buttons, she damaged three buttons to varying degrees). i suggested i will try to find and exact match for the three damaged buttons and have the cleaners sew them on. she refused. i pleasantly reminded her that i was a long time customer of hers (over 20 years), i wasnt being inflexible in this situation, and that even though she damaged my buttons i offered a compromise-- to go out and seek replacement buttons and pay for said buttons. my pleas for a amicable solution were met with a resounding "no" as she walked off, therefore ending the encounter.i do understand that during the cleaning process mistakes happen. but i also believe and would hope for good customer service from my local (or ex-local) dry cleaner, especially as a long time customer. A customer that is willing to compromise to be made whole. economy cleaners disappointingly fell short not only in customer service, but in basic competence in dry cleaning. its needless to say they have lost my business, and i will advise anyone who will listen of my unpleasant encounter with economy cleaners."
