"Made an appointment for my boyfriend and I for pedicures only to be waiting for 20 minutes while they tried to cram every person that came through the door in. Therefore, the service was super rushed and they even cut my boyfriends toe pretty bad and no added clear coat, but still charged me full price! Heard a lot of great things about this place, but I will not be returning. Poor customer service."

"Awful. The “owner” did these. Gossiped with an employee the entire time, barley paying any attention. Asked multiple times for her to fix the mess she was making on my nails. Laughed and giggled like it was funny. Then told me “when you go home you can clean them up”. WHAT DO YOU GO TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE FOR. Never coming back. There are a few good techs here but the owner who sits right next to the register: stay away from her unless you want to waste your money."
