"Shannen is truly a saving grace… if it wasn’t for her help and recommendations along with kindness my hair would be worse than what I came in with…. Thanks to her my hair is flourishing and I’ve never felt it so soft and tamed I damaged my hair beyond repair ( at least I thought ) and lost all hope until I seen her honestly….
