"Got a storage unit when they opened, Oct 1,2023 (I believe). Was made to get insurance on the unit. So for an12x20 unit it was $145 a month. Got a little card in the mail today that as of December (two months after opening) the price is going up to $192. This is outrageous!! A lot of people are using storage when saving for a new place to live. Called to ask and was handed excuses. Was told the rate will continue to rise. I definitely wouldn’t pick this place to store your belongings!"
