"Do not let them anywhere near your wedding dress! Maybe they are ok to tailor a pair of pants but they completely destroyed my wedding dress. I wish I never brought my dress there. The lace trim around my waist is completely destroyed. It looks awful. Naomi may have been decent before but she’s clearly lost her touch because I never would have thought a professional did this. I kept pointing out all that was wrong and by the end they just clearly didn’t care. When I went in for my first fitting they didn’t even know what dresses were mine. My dresses were hanging unprotected in different areas and my wedding dress had several black smudges on the skirt and snags all over. They altered my rehearsal dinner dress and never measured my arms despite me asking several times so it’s still not right and I was just done arguing with them because I wanted to get my dresses and leave. They ruined the whole wedding dress experience for me and I will never be back for anything. I will drive to Rochester or Buffalo for any dry cleaning needs. Worst experience of my life."
