"the place is a dump most of the positive reviews are totally fake. the manager is nasty and WILLL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. Go someplace else or be prepared to have a horrific experience. Dirty towels crummy old uncomfortable beds. Stained bedspreads, not a very clean room dont waste your time here"

"A classic motel in all the best ways :) Big clean room with 2 beds and stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, + pots and plates. Water took a while to warm but shower was hot with good pressure. We broke down and had to stay the night and most of a day waiting for the mechanic. Our room was upstairs at St Charles (rooms 13-18), facing a busy street, but there’s a somehow peaceful rooftop patio (13 opens onto it), and the kind managers let us hang out there until the car was ready."

"My favorite place to stay when we visit Saratoga. Locally owned and operated, which is a big plus in my book. The owner is a great guy and it's a pleasure to stop by for a short chat on my way out for coffee in the morning. The staff will work with you on just about any request - also a plus for a locally owned motel. The rooms are larger on the west side where the kitchenettes are available. Prices are reasonable, especially off-season and ask about the weekly rates. Located in a quiet area on South Broadway. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. Free working WiFi. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. A nice little place to rest after a busy day exploring the sights in Saratoga Springs!"
