Community Court Motel

"This is a typical motel. Although they claim to have done upgrades recently the building is still very old with limited hot water, slow AC, missing electrical outlets etc. It use to run under $200 per night but this year they are asking $500-$600 per night! I cannot see people paying this as this is NO WHERE near worth that. If you are going to spend that money definitely go some place else. The location is the only decent thing about this place."

"This is a budget motel, so set your expectations accordingly. The bedding and room were clean. The hot water never got hot enough to take a shower, so I skipped that. There was only one hand towel in the room. The window blinds were broken so anyone walking by could see into the room. No shampoo or other amenities. I was only driving through so the place was adequate."

"The owner is very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Room was very large, enough to easily inflate an air mattress for us. Great location, and walking distance, but the walls are very thin and we were woken up by college students two nights in a row (stayed on a Friday night). Otherwise fantastic!"

"I had a great experience here! The lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful, and they got me in last minute. The rooms are modest but in a great location and provided everything needed. It was quiet, comfortable and I got a good nights sleep."

"Location is everything, especially if you want to walk instead of drive to stroll around town. Old motel, bit my room was spotless. For 1 night, can't complain. Bed wasn't comfortable but it was a quiet nights sleep."
