"Room was fine I guess. Old and out of date. Shower was makeshift in the corner under sloped wall in bedroom. Bedroom sink drained out into shower. Reaked of old cigarettes. Had to share toilet room with other guests. Had kitchen but had to share as well. One resident mostly claimed kitchen as his own. Managment guy was extremely creepy and odd and made us feel uneasy. Only plus lake was across the road."
"The cottages were dirty. I spoke to the manager nd he told me where the vacuum cleaner was. When I refused he offered me a room inside, with a shared bathroom. This is more like dorm rooms or weekly rentals."
"The place is horrible. The guy mike the manager/attendant is an a hole. When i left he threatened me to call the cops on my friend because there was beer bottles in the room which yes he drinks luckily i didnt. But that was uncalled for no reason. Just bad intentionally inclined people. Dont go there. Pay a little extra somewhere and be safe and at peace."
"Michelle is the lady who manages This bates motel compound. she stopped me at random in the parking lot to talk and among other things she mentioned there are 2 registered sex offenders living there year round, and 2 parolees. I have a young daughter who has visited here, never again. This lady later told me she would have me arrested for trespassing and i wasnt allowed to visit. the tenants say she is an invasive cop caller. Stay far far away from here.."
"Absolutely filthy. The lady who ran the place was RUDE, her teeth were rotten, and had a general lack of hygiene. My room was a disaster. I recommend anyone considering using this MOTEL look up the address in the NYS sex offender database."
