"I love the convenience of this location and the fact that it is open 24 hours but the parking lot/driveway situation is an absolute NIGHTMARE! There are potholes at both entrances/exits that will do serious (and almost unavoidable) damage to the undercarriage of ANY vehicle. Also worth noting, I recently had a larger washing machine eat $6 worth of quarters. When I called the phone number posted on the door (which belongs to the owner,) he responded very promptly and professionally and asked me to send him a text message including the information of the situation in order to issue a refund to me (which I hadn't called expecting, but appreciated the sentiment). I quickly did so to avoid this happening to another customer, and no further contact continued past that point. Which doesn't sit well with me from a business owners' standpoint..,but nonetheless, I will continue to use these facilities, there is room for progress."

"How bad can this place get and worse you'll have to close the doors. Many machines not working really needs a lot of help and worst if all not a working bathroom"

"I was so disappointed to come into building and find many of the machines not working. As it is, the one I did find operational said it cost $3 to run, took $4.75 to run. I have always liked coming here in the past as the place was so clean and all the machines worked well."

"Not worth it. Friendly environment and very clean bathroom. However, more than half of the washers are "out of order." And a lot of the remaining 9 washers have a mold problem. I've been hoping things would improve over the last several months but seems to be getting worse. Could be a great place with a little help"

"Pros: this place is clean and almost every machine worked. 24 hours. I came in around 1am and was finished around 2:30. Cons: very small building. At 2am in the morning, it was a little unsettling to be there all alone. The facility is set back off the road so, at night, it’s very dark and seems very remote. There are only 4 seats inside. For some reason, the air conditioner was turned off. This was the weekend of the “heat index” warnings so... But all in all, this is a great place to do your laundry."
