"They did an excellent job in getting a condemned home into shape. We did not expect the place to be pristine but they got it to the point were we were able to take over. We needed to buy a replacement fridge for the property and they were kind enough to throw a refurbished fridge in free of charge. We had offered to pay them for it but they wanted to go the extra mile. The issue was that the family member who lives there was getting out of hospital and Masters Touch had difficulties delivering the fridge in a timely manner. We were worried that we would have to buy a new fridge at the last minute if they didn't come through. The fridge was delivered the same day that our family member got out of the hospital."

"Our property needed an exorbitant amount of cleaning. Eric came to my property for a quote. He said that his company could do the deep clean. After his workers left there was still much cleaning to be done. The closets were not touched and the cabinets were not touched either. We called and he came back to inspect and had a crew come in a few days later to finish. Some of the things were taken care but not all. All of the moldings and kitchen cabinet doors were still grimy. The laundry room was not touched. We called him and addressed our concerns. He became belligerent and continued to say he would put a contractor lien on the property if we didn't pay. He said he's done it before and was getting the paperwork ready to file if we didn't pay. He didn't even want to hear our concerns because he continued to interrupt us and threaten to put the lien on the property. He misuoted our deep clean. I would not recommend hiring his company. He was very unprofessional and threatening. I've been in contracting for almost thirty five years and never heard of this before."

"Amazing experience!! The ladies were kind, professional, experienced, and thorough! I am a clean freak so I was worried that my expectations would not be met, boy was I wrong! It was very relaxing seeing that I didn't have to point things out or ask for any task to be done. I was able to work on other task while they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using their services again and again! And the cost was amazing! I am very frugal and trust me if your thinking it wouldn't be worth it your wrong! My only regret was not using them sooner. 10/10 would recommend over and over again and again. Can't for my next cleaning!"
