The team was professional, hardworking and detail oriented. Once the excavation got started, we realized there were 4 layers of flower beds - surprise! Lee made sure to discuss the options with us as soon as it was discovered, and we proceeded with removing all 4 layers to ensure long term survival of the newly planted grass seed. He could have taken a short cut and covered the lower layers below grade with top soil without me knowing to save time and stick to the original scope, but he was more concerned with taking the time to do the job right and full disclosure to his customer, than moving on to the next job.
