"Terrible and filthy. Use another laundromat if you are able. Single women be very careful and do not go here alone at night. Machines are broken and constantly out of order. Management will take your clothes out of the dryer and throw them in a dirty rolling basket if you’re a couple minutes late in grabbing them when the dryer cycle finishes. Gross place"

"I was there roughly 2 weeks ago. Never had a problem. A bunch of men came through and started their laundry. My boyfriend and I were bring our clean laundry to the car. I left one empty white basket for my last load inside. I went to the table and it was gone. A matter of less then 2 minutes and someone stole it. The place itself I like going to. I've done my laundry in the city and no one touched my stuff. I live in Brockport, and you can NOT leave your stuff u attended."

"Great place to get laundry done. Everyone is super friendly. There's often a few people in there getting their laundry done during the day so you don't feel all alone. They always say hi to my dog. Very well lit and they've kept it very clean every time I've gone in there. I normally do laundry on Saturday or Sunday. Lots of handwritten signs on the walls - pretty and artistic. There are lots of machines, top loaders and front loaders, and there's always plenty available to do wash, even if one is out of order. They have a bill-quarter exchanger which is very useful and you can buy soap, bleach, or softener to do a load. It's right in town so you can walk around and see the shops while you wait for your laundry to finish."
