"We just bought a house and have had many contractors & companies over for numerous things. This is hands down the WORST company to deal with. The water filtration company we ended up going with actually had been to our house and another in one day that said they're horrible. They lie to you about everything and do not care about their customers at all. Art told us the process would be done in one day then come to find out they drill one day & hook up weeks later leaving us with no water! They didn't even apologize for it and were not kind in any way @ the office. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. The office staff isn't even polite when they're calling to tell you the crew isn't coming out to connect your water you've been waiting for. They are the definition of unprofessionalism. When my husband opened the door the day they were supposed to hook up our well (2 days late) he said " how are ya, what's the plan"? The employee who didn't even introduce himself literally said "you tell me, we weren't told anything about this job".....I mean wow. It doesn't get much worse than that. They also dug a trench about 6 inches from our front door and we're walking through our house with mud caked boots so I asked if they had drop clothes and the guy just said "no, sorry". And apparently Art pretends to own the company when he sold it 6 years ago according to one of the employees. So, definitely explore any other option you have. It's really a shame at how they conduct their business, we've had such wonderful companies come from septic companies and water filtration that are 5 star stand up businesses and unfortunately this is absolutely not one of them."

"Highly recommend these folks. Stopped into the store and explained my well pump issue. Wasn't making pressure after 27 years service and wanted to replace it. Problem was the black pipe left in the pit-less adaptor was rotted off and I couldn't pull the pump. No problem they said - the crew has a pulling tool to handle this issue. They scheduled my pump replacement for 3 weeks out, followed up with text and email to confirm the appointment. The crew showed up on time and had the pump replaced in 2 hours. Professional, friendly guys who worked in the worst weather you could imagine and got the job done right. Thanks."
