"I called for a senior citizen friend who needed a faux wood blind restrung because it was hanging crooked after getting caught on a tilt-in window. I sold blinds for 20 years and knew it needed to be restrung. My friend dropped the blind off with $30 cash for the repair. He picked up the blind a week later and the blind was never restrung, only a small attempt was made at the repair, my friend said the man told him he did the best he could do. I think it is AWFUL that the guy did not give my friend back $20 and kept the entire $30 for a 22" x 24" tiny blind that he never actually restrung!!! I will now order my friend a new blind because I feel horrible about recommending the Darien, NY location as a reputable place - WRONG, so very WRONG!"
