"First of all he bought the wrong paint. I asked for Sherman Williams, and he bought bear paint from Home Depot.. He put 2 coats on in 2 hours and the first coat was not dry so the roller took off the paint. Therefore, there were many white spots that showed up. Then he didn't want to come back unless I agreed to buy another gallon of paint! I overpaid for the small bathroom as it was. I.only paid what he wanted as he did 2 good paint jobs 5 years ago. I told him I was going to file a judgement in Hamburg town court and he agreed to.come back and look at his job. When he c saw his paint job he told me he didn't like it and would nit be happy with it. He had more than enough paint kept to paint the whole bathroom and there is still at least 1/4 of the gallon left. I gave him 2 stars because of the aggravation he put me through to get him to.come back and look.at it. I paid cash which I will never do again. With a credit card you can advise your credit out card company that the job was unsatisfactory and they will rescind the charge till the job is done right. ✔️ 0"

"Poor communication skills on Josha's part, does not keep appointments & offers excuses to shade his lack of accountability for this. Pushed & hurried the dealings of the estimate without answering my questions, concerns and I called 3 different times to clarify these. NEVER said deposit would be nonrefundable as he said he'd speak to me about my concerns. Trusting his business manners is a problem in my opinion- was amiable in dealings until I wanted questions prior to any job start answered in meeting with him. Set up 3 different appointments and he did not keep. Took advantage of me and I caution the older population"

"I made the right choice in JM Painting!! He is a master of his craft! He honest,hardworking and So good!!! I had repairs I never thought would look as good as he made them!! Between paint & repairs my walls look new again ! Which says a lot for a 63 year old house! I fully trusted him!! He delivered! He's a true professional above and beyond!
