"We always love photographing weddings at the Hempstead House. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, plus the venue and grounds itself are absolutely beautiful. We love every inch of this venue, from the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows featuring stained glass (including the indoor ceremony space), the abundance of natural light, and even the lucky water fountain that is central to the dance floor. We cannot wait to photograph more weddings here, as the creativity is endless."

"A gorgeous preserve to spend some quality outdoor summer time.Unfortunately no buildings were open for visits however the grounds were gorgeous and the shore line so mesmerizing.My son collected shells at the beach and he loved it! We spend some time exploring the trails and taking pictures of the Hempstead house.Simply breathtaking for history lovers.Drop in at the visitor/gift place to get an idea of the history of the place.Spend some time at the shades of large trees and have a picnic.It is a wonderful experience overall."
