"Had a great experience with Paul Davis. Recently had a fire in the garage. No fire damage just smoke damage. They took all my belongings cleaned and documented all my belongings for my insurance company. Once my belongings were in there possession for cleaning they had there crew come in and clean my walls ceilings and a couple other things in my garage that couldn't be moved. Couldn't smell smoke at all once they were done. Kept in great contact throughout the process. Very professional and helpful. A huge stress relief through the entire process."

I called on Black Friday after having to file a claim with our home insurance company due to our water heater leaking all 40 gallons into our lower level carpeted room.. almost a week earlier. Our insurance company filed the claim incorrectly so it was no longer in PDR work orders. I spoke to a women who was super helpful, recognized our name from the claim earlier in the week and reached out to Susan at the office.
