Instead of just making an appointment and coming out & charging me a hefty price tag (which was within his rights to do), he led me through some trouble shooting that had it going within a few minutes. Nice to know there are businesses out there who aren't out to make a quick buck off of simple things. These are the type of businesses to support - friendly and honest! I was especially impressed how nice he was talking me through things.
