"Yesterday was Sunday, Christmas Eve and my septic backed up at around 7pm. I searched google in a panic because of the holiday weekend and not knowing when I would be able to get someone out to pump my tank. Simmons was the only one that said they were still open on google. I hated the idea of calling someone so late on a Sunday, especially on Christmas Eve, but i was out of options. To my surprise Bill answered and let me know he could get me in on Tuesday morning. My gf and I made plans to be at my parents house all day Monday for Christmas so that was no problem. Monday/Christmas morning came around and I got a call from Bill. He let me know he would be in the area and able to swing by later that day so I wouldn’t have to wait until Tuesday. My gf and I were so happy. He came and pumped out my septic tank and even had the right equipment to clear a clog in our drain due to the extent of the back up. He even gave me some advice for work to do in the spring so I don’t run into this issue again(we just bought this home a few months ago and the house is like 120+ years old) I got so lucky I had called the right guy willing to help me on a holiday who had extra tools for the extra work. Thank you so much Bill. 100% recommend giving him a call if you ever need your tanks pumped."
