"We are new to the area and rely on recommendations from neighbors & experts who have worked on our home recently (roof, painting, HVAC, etc) and A-Verdi came highly recommended & I see why! First, Erika is extremely professional/knowledgeable & friendly. She explained the process, cost (quite reasonable) , and put us on the schedule. She called back a bit later and explained we/septic could be taken care of today - very cool. However, I feel horrible when Kyle got here I was not fully prepared and sent him on a wild goose chase trying to find the system. He never treated me like an unprepared confused goofy home owner - he patiently waited until I figured it out and got right to work. He too is a top notch professional & very patient with clients.
