"I ordered cookies for a Bachelorette party that I was hosting. Sam consulted with me and helped me with a design. When I picked them up they were perfect for the theme of the party. He is diligent and thorough and always goes the extra mile to make sure something is finished and done well. He is extremely responsive and has been willing to do jobs from small to large. There’s such peace of mind knowing we can call him for house problems and that they will be addressed with attention to detail. We recently added Sam to the family as well. After losing our cleaning help during the pandemic, it has been a relief and delight to have her tackling things like a glass shower with so much calcium, lime, and soap scum that it was opaque, the world’s smudgiest cabinet faces, and the monster dust bunnies that have taken up residence under our beds. Sam and Justin are gems. Truly. They are hard- working, capable, and kind. They have integrity and provide excellent help with a wide range of jobs. We would recommend Busy Bees Home Services to anyone. Finding people you trust to be in your home is rare but we’ve found that in Justin and Sam. This may sound silly, but our cats like them as well which is important to us. They are both animal lovers so you can trust them not to let your furry or feathered friends out of wherever they’re supposed to be. For people with animals, this is a big deal. We can’t say enough good things about Justin and Sam. They are lovely to be around and our home is better for their efforts."

"I had them come by for a plumbing issue estimate a couple of years ago and I never received an estimate or a call back. Today I had an appt and they didn't show. When I called, he said he didn't have my address. He had told me when I made the appt that he knew where I was because he had been there before. Then he told me that he "thought" he had scheduled it for later in the day. He then went on to tell me that he's a busy guy. When I said between the no estimate and the no show, I wasn't impressed, he replied "Then you can find someone else." No apology, no asking how he could make it up. I have no idea how this company was Wayne County's Small Business of the Year."
