Sam and Justin are gems. Truly. They are hard- working, capable, and kind. They have integrity and provide excellent help with a wide range of jobs. We would recommend Busy Bees Home Services to anyone. Finding people you trust to be in your home is rare but we’ve found that in Justin and Sam. This may sound silly, but our cats like them as well which is important to us. They are both animal lovers so you can trust them not to let your furry or feathered friends out of wherever they’re supposed to be. For people with animals, this is a big deal. We can’t say enough good things about Justin and Sam. They are lovely to be around and our home is better for their efforts."

"I had them come by for a plumbing issue estimate a couple of years ago and I never received an estimate or a call back. Today I had an appt and they didn't show. When I called, he said he didn't have my address. He had told me when I made the appt that he knew where I was because he had been there before. Then he told me that he "thought" he had scheduled it for later in the day. He then went on to tell me that he's a busy guy. When I said between the no estimate and the no show, I wasn't impressed, he replied "Then you can find someone else." No apology, no asking how he could make it up. I have no idea how this company was Wayne County's Small Business of the Year."
