"New customer we thought we liked this place but turns out the one washing machine is broken. It took our money didn't wash the clothes and nowhere is there a number to be found. So we will be taking our business elsewhere. Fix your machines."

"DO NOT GO HERE! The convenience of being open 24 hours isn’t worth it. I tried to wash my comforter but it came out of the machine DIRTIER. When I washed it again, it got even more dirty. I was out $5 with a ruined comforter. They don’t service their machines. There is no one there. There is only a number to call for emergencies (fire or flooding) and a sign that says they aren’t responsible for damaged articles due to machine malfunction. This is BS!! I tried to go back during the daytime to talk to someone but no one was there. I left a note so hopefully I’ll get a call from them. If you know who owns/manages this place, please let me know so I can contact them."

"Never any attendant on. No way to report broken machines or machines that just eat your money. Not even a phone number. Constantly dispenses Canadian quarters in their change machines but don't accept them in the machines. They only want your money and someone should actually shut them down."

"Convenient location. Poorly run/managed. Dispite multiple "Attendant on duty Monday-Friday" postings, this laundromat is unattended. The only number given to reach "assistance" is for "fire or flooding" and when called; an anonymous machine answers. It would appear that the business owner has no interest in having any contact with its customers. Nor do they feel any obligation reimburse their patrons when their machines malfunction. It is clear from their postings; the want "no responsibility." And from their lack of presence, "availability," no contact with their patrons whatsoever. They just want your money."
