"Up until recently I’ve had no issues.. but the past two weeks have been a nightmare with filli mg my sons and my own prescriptions. I call every day until they say yes after a week they will be done in 30 minutes I go to store to pick up 6 fully covered prescriptions and I leave with one. Back again tom to see if they fixed the problem and are now fully covered as they should be. Please get it right tomorrow"

"Very unfriendly cashier at the front counter earlier today. Quite a surprise after several decades of only experiencing friendly and helpful cashiers at this particular Kinney Drugs. Hopefully just a fluke with her perhaps just having a bad day, but the real issue is that nothing was being said to customers not wearing masks during a pandemic during my visit."

"Frustrating Customer Service in the Pharmacy Department. One would think that the Pharmacist was actually paying for the scripts from her own pocket. It does not take a lot of effort to be polite and not convey annoyance in your voice. You are in a field of public health services. Interpersonal skills should be one of your strong traits. Learn to treat people with respect, regardless of you personal opinions regarding their medications and diagnosis."
