"Based on a couple of experiences, trying to get an item picked up for service has been woefully inadequate and nearly comical. -- An update: Lawn tractor was finally picked up. After 5 days, checking on it, I was told they were 5-7 days behind. OK -- understandable. 2 weeks later, I called to inquire. "A couple of days" I was told. I called back after 4 days. "Maybe next week" I was told. Yea, right. Not holding out much hope."

"Burrville power legally scams people. I’ve sent my machine back 3 times for the same issue, had constant problems with flat tires, and a bunch of wheel bearing problems. I’ve had it 3 years and only have 600 miles on it. It has more miles on the trailer from getting stranded or hauling back and fourth to the dealer then it does run time miles. I’ve called the headquarters and they told me there’s nothing they can do to the dealer. So they’ve pretty much took my money and didn’t fix any of the issues. I know of 4 others who are also have issues with this place. Once they have your money they circle jerk ya until your warranty runs out. Or hold onto your machine without contacting you it’s done. Very unprofessional and needless to say I’m not impressed with them."
