"Dave Roll takes care of his patrons, I had a small issue in my cabin I left to go fishing by the time i got back it was fixed. The cabins are very neat and clean, I would recommend staying there to anyone who needs to get away for some rest and relation. The fishing is great too, Dave"s store is stocked with all your fishing needs."

"Went for a fishing trip so accomodations weren't a priority. Cabin was clean and roomy, but not fancy. Don't expect 5 star hotel looks. Owner and staff were wonderful and very helpful. I'd recommend this place anytime. Lake is beautiful."

"I can't really rate this establishment. My family has property next door. One the son's has taken over and has made accomplishments throughout the years. Back in the day, my grandparents stayed in those cabins, at which time was called " Green Acreas". I'm sure they haven't changed all that much. The new owners have installed a fish and tackle store. I recommend this place to come and stay for all ones fishing needs on Black Lake. They also rent out boats to fish out on the lake. Note: life jackets and a whistle must be provided in all boats that are rented for the lake."
