"This hike is amazing with crazy views at the top! It's an easy 20 minute hike to the top and you get a really cool view at the top overlooking tons of lush trees. If you come in the fall when the trees are changing colors it's a really beautiful scene and great for stunning pictures! Also if it's a clear day you can see the Manhattan skyline in the distance which is really cool. Their is also another longer trail if you wasn't a longer trail but I've never actually went down that trail so I can't say if it's good or not. It's definitely worth making a stop here no matter what time of year it is!"

"Pretty but minus a point for overcrowding all year round. Pine Meadow lake is at the end of the trail, about a 2 mile hike. It's about as smooth a "trail" as you'll find in Harriman Park, but it's still hard enough for a novice, so be prepared."

"A beautiful trail to hike up along a lovely stream. The hike is a fairly easy one, though do have good shoes. There is a lake if you make it to the top, which is a nice bonus. Be prepared to get your feet soaked/dirty in parts where the road is not great and overrun with water after a heavy rain. SUPER busy on a weekend."
